Please note all orders are handmade and have a 5-10 day processing time prior to being shipped. By selecting Express Shipping, this only speeds up the delivery time, not the creating process. 

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Standard: Arrives in 2-14 business days

• Free in Australia for orders over $150
• $10 for orders less than $150
• Arrives in 1-6 business days for QLD, NSW, VIC
• Arrives in 3-14 business days for TAS, SA, WA, NT

Express: Arrives in 1-3 business days

• Free in Australia for orders over $180
• $14 for orders less than $180

International

• Standard Shipping $25

Additional Information

• We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
• We don’t deliver orders on weekends or holidays.
• You will receive an email with the tracking number once the label has been created for your order.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.

Returns

At Loved by Lolita all care is taken to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase. As all pieces are custom and made to order all sales are final. However if there is a fault by Loved by Lolita we do offer a refund.

When you receive your pieces please take care to inspect them thoroughly and if you have any concerns please get in contact with us so we can offer a solution.

Acrylic alphabet beads are subject to fading over time and with wear. As this is a natural occurrence it is not seen as a fault. Please read the Care Instructions so you can ensure you are getting the longest possible wear out of your beautiful jewellery.

Resizing or restringing will incur a $10 fee and postage costs.

How to Measure

At Loved by Lolita we want to make sure you are comfortable and love wearing your gorgeous new pieces each day. Above are our Standard Sizes you can choose for each item. Alternatively if you'd like a more exact fit it is recommended you measure your wrist or ankle with a measuring tape tightly just below the wrist/ankle bone where you would normally wear your jewellery. Then add approx. 1cm-1.5cm depending on whether you'd like a comfortable fit or more relaxed fit. To measure without a tape you can easily use a piece of string or ribbon then place that against a ruler. 

When choosing a necklace length please be aware that each length will sit differently from person to person. To find your perfect length you can measure a necklace you already own, or use a piece of string and place around your neck where you'd like it to sit. Then measure that piece of string to check against our size chart.

Although we offer Baby sizes, it is recommended that children under the age of 3 are always supervised when wearing jewellery as the small parts can pose a choking risk.

Please note - If you purchase the incorrect size there will be a restringing fee of $10 plus shipping fees.

General Care Guidelines

Please follow these care instructions for longevity of your Loved by Lolita jewellery:

• All metal clasps are 14k gold filled or Sterling Silver 925
• Stretch bracelets are made using a high quality durable clear elastic stretch cord
• Keep your pieces away from perfumes, lotions, hairspray, and cleaning products, as these chemicals can cause tarnishing or dullness.
• Avoid wearing your jewellery while swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping.
• Always roll elastic bracelets on and off to avoid over-stretching
• Acrylic alphabet beads will fade over time with wear, this is a normal occurrence and not a fault
  
• Although we offer Baby sizes, it is recommended that children under the age of 3 are always supervised when wearing jewellery as the small parts can pose a choking risk
• Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or jewellery box to prevent scratches and tangling.
• Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after each wear to remove oils, dirt, and residue.

Gold-Filled Jewellery Care

Gold-filled jewellery is made by bonding a thick layer of gold to a durable base metal core, giving it the look and longevity of solid gold but at a more accessible price.

To care for gold-filled pieces:

• Avoid contact with water, sweat, and chemicals to prevent tarnishing over time.
• Store separately to avoid scratches.
• Clean gently using a soft, dry cloth—avoid harsh chemicals, jewellery dips, or abrasive polishing agents, as these can wear down the gold layer.

Sterling Silver Jewellery Care

Sterling silver naturally oxidises over time, while silver-plated jewellery features a thin silver layer over a base metal. With proper care, both can retain their beauty and shine.

To care for silver jewellery:

• Store in an anti-tarnish pouch or airtight container when not being worn to slow oxidation.
• Avoid exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products, which can speed up tarnishing and wear down silver plating.
• Do not use silver polish on silver-plated jewellery, as it may strip the plating. Instead, wipe all silver pieces gently with a soft, dry cloth.

Freshwater Pearl Jewellery Care

Pearls are delicate and porous, requiring gentle care to maintain their natural lustre.

To care for pearl jewellery:

• Put pearls on last—after applying makeup, perfume, or hairspray.
• Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth after wearing to remove natural oils.
• Store separately in a soft pouch or lined jewellery box to avoid scratches.
• Never soak pearls or use harsh cleaning products.
